How to come ?
Once every 3 months, on a Sunday morning from 9.30 h 12.30 h a training course is organised at JUMPY FORME. Members are given
priority but it is open to non members according to availability.
It’s an occasion to try new fitness exercises or get another instructor who uses a different choreographic approach.
These training courses take place using the JUMPY FORME philosophy : Sport and nothing but sport.
