The Gym

       

Three sessions available :

  • to build up your muscles (toning exercises)

  • Cardio (to lose weight, to unwind)

  • Stretching (Pilates, stretching)

The exercises are done to music, the tempo depending on the session and the intensity the instructor is trying to achieve.

   

There are several ways to tackle a session : with or without equipment. (dumbbells, bars, steps, rubber band, gym ball…)

With or without choreography, That’s why there is so much choice each day at JUMPY FORME !
